SALVATION COMES THROUGH GRACE, NOT LAWS – THE TRUTH ABOUT ETERNAL LIFE
Salvation Through Grace, Not Laws
Can Salvation Be Earned Through Laws,
or Only Through Grace?
Many believe that following the laws of nature or worldly principles
leads to happiness. However, this world—a fallen world where Satan holds
influence—is governed by laws that often stand in opposition to God's
divine laws. Society teaches that abiding by these laws leads to fulfillment,
but this is deceptive happiness, not true joy.
Yet, there are countless moments when events defy these so-called laws
of nature. What do we call them? Miracles.
But life is about more than just seeking happiness. The ultimate
purpose of human existence is to do the will of the Creator. Jesus Himself
emphasized this in Matthew 16:26:
"What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world (which
includes fleeting happiness) yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in
exchange for their soul?"
The Difference Between Happiness and
Divine Joy
Happiness, as the world defines it, is temporary and often based on
external circumstances. True joy, however, comes from knowing and being
united with God. Jesus explained this in John 15:5-6:
"I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me and I in
him bears much fruit, for apart from Me, you can do nothing. If anyone does not
abide in Me, he is thrown away like a branch and dries up; and they gather
them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned."
People often chase happiness through different means:
- Some pursue
material success, thinking it will bring them lasting fulfillment.
- Others reject
material things entirely, believing suffering itself is
the path to enlightenment.
- Many rely on
religious rituals and traditions, assuming these acts alone will
grant them happiness.
But all of these lead to destruction—both in this life and the next.
Seeking Joy in the Creator vs. Seeking
Happiness in the World
- Happiness is
found in creation, but true joy comes only from the Creator.
- Happiness is
worldly, but divine joy is eternal.
- Seeking
happiness in material things is fleeting, but seeking joy in God is
transformative.
Which will you choose—the temporary satisfaction of worldly happiness
or the eternal fulfillment of divine joy?
The Soul vs. The Body: What Truly
Matters?
Humans are first and foremost souls, not just bodies. So, which is
more important—the temporary body or the eternal soul?
Once life leaves the body, even the so-called laws of nature consume
it, returning it to dust. But for your soul, two forces lay claim:
1. The rightful
Owner—God.
2. The deceiver—Satan.
The choice is entirely yours.
God will only claim those who willingly accept Him and reject the
enemy. If this truth seems difficult to grasp, ask yourself:
Can any of these worldly laws offer you salvation?
If the answer is no, then they are not from God, proving their
deceptive nature.
Jesus' Warning About Spiritual
Deception
Jesus made this distinction clear in John 8:39-47, where He
rebukes those who refused to accept Him:
"If God were your Father, you would love Me, for I have come from
God. But you cannot understand what I say because you cannot hear My word. You
belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out his desires... He
is a liar and the father of lies."
The Reality of Sin and the Need for a
Savior
When humanity chose to believe Satan’s lies over God’s truth, sin
entered the world, separating mankind from God. Scripture confirms:
"There is no one righteous, not even one." (Romans 3:10)
Because of this, all humanity is under God’s judgment. The only
sinless one is Jesus Christ, for He was not born of this fallen world—His
Father is God Himself.
Yet, why does the world reject Jesus?
Because, as He Himself said, they cannot stand His truth. Those
who refuse to accept Him align themselves with the devil.
If you still struggle to understand this, it’s time to examine the
spiritual state of your soul.
The Only Way to Salvation: Jesus
Christ
There is only one path to salvation—accepting Jesus Christ as
Lord and Savior. He willingly sacrificed His life so that mankind could
be saved. Those who reject Him ultimately choose Satan as their master.
"If you are not with Jesus, you are against Him."
God's Agony Over Losing His Children
The immense suffering, humiliation, torture, and crucifixion that
Jesus endured were all for one purpose:
"To save God’s lost children."
But how much do you value this incredible love?
Sadly, most people:
- Take it for
granted.
- Ignore it
completely.
- Remain unaware
of the spiritual battle for their soul.
This is why God warns in Hosea 4:6:
"My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge."
The Urgency of Accepting Christ
Don’t remain in ignorance. The world’s laws cannot save your
soul—only Jesus Christ can. Accept His grace, embrace His truth, and
receive the salvation that only He provides.
